This book is a very well-written Commemorative overview of the totally unforgettable 2006 Championship Season and subsequent win of the Super Bowl XLI by the Indianapolis Colts. It is nicely covered with many pictures that go a long way in showing the 2006 season. It will remain in my library, perhaps to be followed with another commemorative of the Super Bowl XLIV win, led by Peyton Manning. I hope it will be the ultimate sibling rivalry, with the opponent being the New York Giants, led by brother, Eli Manning. Sorry Eli, but I am siding with Peyton in this! This does not negate the fact that it is the entire team that wins the game and there is no 'I' in team! Good luck Indy!!

The pictures and content in this book were great - more of a picture book than anything. The editing was horrible though - there were numerous gramatical errors throughout the book. I would still recommend bying it if you want a good history of the Super Bowl season.

Alina Mungiu-Pippidi teaches democratization and policy analysis at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. She chairs the European Research Centre for Anti-Corruption and State Building Research and is Chair of Policy Pillar of the EU FP7 five-year research project, ANTICORRP. Professor Mungiu-Pippidi has served as an adviser on issues of governance measurement and anticorruption to the European Commission, UNDP, Freedom House, NORAD and the World Bank, among others. This book is a great resource for any college histology course! The text is easily understood within its context and is very well written and informative in a well organized fashion. When it comes to histology recognizing tissues is very important and this text does a wonderful job of demonstrating images of what each cell tissue should look like and it relative functions in addition to where its located in the body. It specifies magnification, identifying features, and its usage in the body as well. the online version is easily read, scrolling up and down the page, increasing the text size, moving through pages, etc. I highly recommend this book in e-textbook form as its easier to access now that most students constantly have their laptops or phones and there is no need to be lugging a heavy book around. The e-version of the book is also very easy to highlight and right annotations on which can later be easily searched and highlighted material can be found in one location instead looking through every single page, its almost like having an electronic notebook without having to write out personal notes. Overall I highly recommend this product!

Great picture variety and descriptions. Lots of useful knowledge. I originally rented the book and ended up buying it because I found it so useful! Organized by parts of the body so easy to find what you are looking for.

This is the recommended textbook for our histology class. I don't read every word of it. I only look at the graphs and the explanation, and that really helps. My professor also uses a lot of graphs from this textbook, so having a more detailed explanation helps a lot. Overall, this is a clear, concise textbook that's not completely necessary but a good supplement.

Great textbook that'll get you through histology or help you review it if you've forgotten things. This is more like a condensed histology text, not a replacement for texts like Junequiera's Histology.

College level text on Histology. There are newer versions available but if you need a reference then this one will do.

This book has a good selection of images, but in my opinion not enough. Histology is a lot about seeing slides and memorizing how different tissues etc look like, and I wish this book had more examples of each category with better image quality.
